Exercise that is suitable for all ages!

You can try the following exercise to keep fit and stay active to stay healthy

If you want to losse weight, you need to do the exercise two times a day and increase the duration and speed as you improve and just eat the same amount of foods as usual.

Remember to exercise at a pace that is suitable for your body health condition. Do not over do it or push too hard. You can do same exercise in slow, medium or fast speed.

You should always consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise to see what type of exercise are safe and appropriate for you.
